Dom DeMarco’s Pizza and Bar is an upper- casual restaurant and bar developed around the communal food of pizza, salads, and small plates.  Paired with a full bar offering a fun environment and a great mixture of music. The concept was born from a desire to blend two classics, world famous pizza and craft beer, with modern sensibility of fresh salads in a stylish and convenient neighborhood location. This combination has created a unique environment achieving a great overall guest experience for multiple occasions and visits.

Pizza is our cornerstone….after personally searching the country for great pizza for over three years, (almost as long in discussions and negotiations), the DeMarco family agreed to license their world famous DiFara recipes to our Company.  The first location, Dom DeMarco’s – a full service restaurant and bar, opened in the suburban community of Summerlin in Las Vegas, Nevada in December 2011. In December 2014, a fast food – pizza slice location, DiFara Pizza, opened in Caesar’s Palace newly renovated food court. The immense success of DiFara Pizza spurred Caesars to expand the service for both fast casual and full service dining in the adjacent bar/lounge area.

Dom DeMarco’s Pizzeria and bar provides singles and families alike with a clean and warm, vintage atmosphere drawing customers in with bold, iconic, neon signage. Pizza-Ovens are a focal point of the restaurant, allowing the customer’s sense to be treated to the sights and smells of the pizza making experience and see the authenticity of the company’s products. A wide selection of draft beer including 12 craft beers on tap, affordable wines, and specialty cocktails are available in a full service bar (featuring televisions), encouraging customer to gather and creating reasons for multiple social occasions throughout the day. This reinterpretation of the old school pizzeria provides a stylish alternative to typical “chain” dining and entertainment options.
