Record-breaking purchase for office building Camelback Corridor

The office building known as Camelback Collective, spanning 115,838 square feet, has been sold in a deal that has set a new record. Despite the ongoing pandemic, significant interest persists in prime office spaces within the Valley. A recent example of this trend is the sale of one of the latest office constructions in Phoenix’s Camelback Corridor, which was acquired by an investor from Oklahoma City.
